In FIGHT – FLIGHT – FREEZE Megan visually expresses responses to stressful or dangerous situations. When prompted to “fight”, Megan often offers her hand before her fist. In flight mode, she has learned to fly with her feet when the floor drops out from underneath her. When Megan freezes, she tends to hyper-focus, becoming more aware of herself and consciously striving to keep calm and not to overreact.
