“Gallito” is an oil pastel drawing on a hand-stretched burlap canvas. Megan traveled an unorthodox journey with this artwork from January through November of 2021. She built up several layers of oil pastels and tenacity while creating this honest, ambitious, capable, and warm-hearted rooster.
